Building Agenz
The Belkeziz brothers started from a simple observation: buying or selling property in Morocco relied on informal networks and very little reliable price data. Agenz began with valuation and market data, then added a transaction platform in 2023, tools for professionals and financing solutions. The founding team was later joined by Wassila Berrada and Ayyoub Mouadden, and Hamza Mikou serves as managing director.
