What Yakeey does

Yakeey positions itself between proptech and fintech. Rather than another listings portal, it aims to be a trusted intermediary for the whole transaction: buyers can search, get a valuation, work with a broker and arrange financing in one place. The platform relies on proprietary data, technology and YakeeyPro, a network of real estate agents that counted about 800 agents at the time of the Series A, with a target of 10,000.

Yakeey also offers instant buying (iBuying): sellers can get a guaranteed sale at a transparent price through direct purchase agreements with Umnia Bank.

Funding

In January 2026, Yakeey raised $15 million in a Series A, the largest Series A ever completed in Morocco. The round brought together the International Finance Corporation (IFC, World Bank Group), Beltone Venture Capital, Enza Capital and CDG Invest through its 212 Founders program. It was IFC's first venture capital investment in Morocco. The money is meant to scale the platform and the YakeeyPro network, and to prepare expansion in Africa and internationally.
